Victoria made the coffee shop visit memorable. She was welcoming, warm, and attentive, and her professionalism made me feel well looked after. The space at Fraser Suites Abuja is calm and stylish, a nice place to relax or get some work done with coffee. I’d happily come back.

It was easy to relax in the quiet setting at Fraser Hotel Abuja. The staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful, and their warm, professional way of dealing with guests stood out. My room and the facilities were clean and well maintained. I also appreciated seeing equal employment opportunity, with no segregation by gender, nationality, or disability. I couldn’t find a gift shop where I could buy personal items, though that would have been useful. A wonderful stay, and I’d gladly return. Five stars.

We had Peri Peri chicken, Zobo, chips, and plantain, and Amarachi looked after us so well. I was there with my cousin and a friend. Amarachi knew the menu, was patient and attentive with our orders, and kept the conversation engaging. It made for a remarkable meal at Fraser Suites, with world-class customer service. I’ll be back and would highly recommend it.

Hauwa has been especially welcoming and attentive, and all the staff have been friendly and accommodating. I’m having an amazing stay. The rooms and lobby are beautiful, and the pool is pretty too.

Breakfast was a lovely way to start each day, thanks to Josephine’s warm, attentive, professional service and the morning cook. Ms. E. also made check-in smooth and welcoming, setting a great tone right away. The service, atmosphere, and care with the details made my stay at Fraser Suites Abuja excellent from start to finish. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.
