A really nice experience, one you wouldn’t want to miss.

This was the WORST hotel I can imagine booking. Not a single amenity worked, and the rude, disrespectful staff wandered around without being ready to help customers. The management has made the outside look beautiful, but it feels like a disguise because they don't seem to run this as a hotel at all. Before I checked in, I watched more than three people leave angrily over the service. I thought they might be overreacting, but once I was there, it felt like the staff were bullying people. For your peace of mind and your money, stay away. This is my honest review.

The receptionist was courteous, and the manager was nice, but there were a lot of problems. The air conditioning barely worked, the tub drained poorly, and the restaurant food was bad. The owner needs to replace the cook. Even the menu book looked disgusting and needs to be replaced with a clear, detailed one. The phones felt disgusting to touch.

The room was hot because the AC didn't work, and when I woke up there was no water. The workers had to go and fetch some for me. Maintenance and service were both poor, easily the worst hotel I've stayed in.

Located in Gwarimpa, this is a nice, affordable place to relax. Clubs, shopping malls, a gym, and other good things are nearby.
