A few hours after waking up covered in bites, my lip and face started swelling and I was itching everywhere. I could tell anaphylaxis was coming, and I eventually collapsed in the street and needed medical attention. The hotel moved me to another room, but when I asked them to change the bedding, they kept stalling. I checked out right away. A place this large should have better sanitation. It seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned properly in ages and the bedding wasn't fumigated regularly. I've stayed in cheaper, smaller hotels and never had anything like this. BED BUGS!!!!!

I couldn't sleep all night because of the club music coming from the roof and the cigarette smell getting into my room. How can a hotel have a rooftop club like that? The room was uninhabitable. Worst experience.

They wouldn't actually remove the bedding, and expected someone else to sleep there. Definitely don't recommend it, and I'll NEVER EVER stay there again.

The furniture's timber work is exquisite, and the rooms are nicely furnished. Even the bathroom items are great, with a hair dryer fitted. Qualibest Grand Hotel is a nice place where everything works, including the WiFi throughout the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, with a medium number of options.
