The hotel is well maintained, and getting there is easy. The location also feels safe. Breakfast choices were a bit limited, but it’s still very good accommodation in Benin.

The environment is nice, the people are friendly, and customer service is great. Please provide water for Muslim clients who need to clean up after urination or defecation.

There’s no late check out. Also, the concierge, a tall, light skinned man with a hairy beard, was rude and unwilling to help with our luggage. When we needed to change rooms, he nagged at us rudely about moving our things. Whenever my husband or I came across him, he repeatedly refused to greet us properly.

The location is great, and the hotel is kept neat. Service was great, with well trained staff. The food was decent, though uninteresting. My room’s AC wasn’t working well on the first night, but maintenance got it repaired pretty quickly. The elevators need a key card to operate, which adds a little extra security.

It’s suitable for families or individuals. The facilities are good, and the service is very good too.
