The facilities and service are good. A nice option if you’re on a budget.

The manager was approachable and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. We were glad to have the hot water option, but the listing needs updating: they no longer provide the advertised free breakfast, the advertised 24 hour AC was replaced with a fan, and the shower had no shower head. Those last two things are red flags.

The location feels safe, including on day 7 of our stay, and the price is good. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included as standard, the food is tasty, and most staff are friendly. The manager has good customer service and is approachable, though the account manager isn’t friendly. The accommodation doesn’t live up to its name: there’s no suitable double chair, no bathroom hooks for clothes, and no shelf for toiletries. Other clients made noise early in the morning over the weekend. TV choices are limited, and the channels are centrally controlled, so one could be changed while we were watching a programme.

I only visited an acquaintance who was in Lagos for a small gig. My friend said he had a nice experience, and the place wasn’t bad compared with others in its category.

The service was great, and the rooms were neat. The location is very coded, and I got a tour of the place.
