The staff were genuinely nice, from the receptionist through to the manager, and they have a very reliable cab man who can pick you up whenever you want. The service was good too. The rooms are big and the location is good. I’d seen a lot of bad reviews, but renovations have already started. I think the hotel will be just fine once they’re finished.

It’s pocket-friendly and the staff are great. Some parts are still under construction, so it’d be good if that work could be sped up. The pool could also be managed better. Nice hotel in VI.

The location and service were good, but the rooms need a lot of work. I’m not sure if it was because of the type of room I booked.

The location is central and great. That’s the only good thing about this place. The rooms and whole property are badly rundown and moldy, with a strange mold smell throughout. There was no bathroom door, and the wardrobes were broken in both rooms we stayed in. The water was brown, dirty, and smelled bad. Worst of all, there were bedbugs. The experience left me absolutely traumatized.
