The staff are great, and the location in Ikeja is very convenient. Rooms are on the small side, but decent for the price.

The staff are fantastic, but the lack of WiFi is a deal breaker for me. Breakfast has only two options to choose from.

The location is ideal, close to the airport and near restaurants, shops, banks, and more. For the price, it's not the worst, though the rooms and facilities really need an upgrade. The staff are courteous and respectful, and do their best to accommodate you within their limited capabilities.

At checkout, the receptionist quoted the wrong amount and we transferred too much. He realized the mistake and said we’d be refunded, but called half an hour later to say they have a no-refund policy. I’d never heard of keeping an overpayment under a no-refund policy. I hadn’t overbooked or ordered a meal. It felt like criminal behavior, and the whole stay was terrible. This was a shabby weekend getaway. The double standard beds were bad and we sank into them. The power went off nearly every 20 minutes, and when it came back, the old AC didn’t turn on. We had to wake up again and again to switch it on or sleep in the heat.
