mountaintop suite and apartment

I stayed in the KING SUIT, listed at N25,000, though I got the promo rate of N22,000. The staff were nice, but maintenance and cleaning need attention. The cable TV subscription wasn't active during my stay.

The rooms have no windows, which is really bad. The staircase is very narrow too, so in a fire, all the guests could be in trouble.

I was told my room had been given to someone else, even though I'd booked and paid the day before for that night's stay. After I arrived in Lagos and went to the hotel, I waited about an hour for the manager. Their only solution was to ask me to pay extra for a higher-grade room to fix a mistake that was clearly theirs. I've never been so embarrassed lodging at a hotel. Terrible experience and poor customer service.

During its first week, I tried this newly opened hotel in Ojodu and wasn't disappointed. Getting there was easy since it's in an accessible part of the area. The staff were welcoming and chatty, which made sense given they'd only been open a week. Rooms were nice and, in my opinion, affordable, ranging from #10,000.00 to #35,000.00. At the time I visited, all the amenities they mentioned were working: 24-hour power, Wi-Fi, a jacuzzi, VIP lounge and a 24-hour restaurant serving local, continental and intercontinental food. Management also promised more amenities to keep customers satisfied. I'd recommend it for a comfortable, affordable stay around Ojodu, Omole or Ikeja.
