Pacific Hotels & Suites

I put up five guests here for three days, and all I heard from them was how bad the stay was. It was sad to see this after the investor had spent so much effort making the place beautiful. Smoking was allowed, and the smell spread through the corridor. The owner has invested in a lovely space, but the staff aren’t looking after it properly. They charged guests extra to microwave food if they didn’t order from the kitchen, ignored requests, and often didn’t answer or return calls to reception. There were stained duvets they refused to change, and rooms were left without basics like soap and tissue. I hope the owner finds a team that can do the job, or gets an outside firm to monitor the service.
