Entrust, with all due respect, I'm giving you one star because I paid 35k for deluxe room 303 and couldn't take a shower. It's a nice place, but that doesn't mean much when the showers don't work and nobody can fix it. I couldn't stay until the next morning. I had to look for another hotel just to get a proper bath. To make it worse, reception just declined my call. Workers can be the downfall of a business, and here they likely account for 80% of it.

Entrust is a decent, tastefully built upscale hotel with beautiful rooms and suites. The owners clearly pay attention to details. It's in the popular, cozy New owerri area, near the Imo State Judiciary (High Court), where more than half of Owerri's hotels built in the last fifteen years are located. From one of the rooms, you can see the State's High Court. The bar and restaurant aren't large, but they have almost every drink and local dish you'd need. Parking is limited too, though you can use the on the fence parking outside.

The rooms are okay, though the bathrooms aren't really to my taste.
