For over ₦100,000 a night, having mosquitoes in the room and a broken AC is just not acceptable. Around 10pm they fumigated to kill the mosquitoes, so we had to wait outside. Afterward, instead of moving us to another room, they brought in a standing fan. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid it.

The package looked beautiful, but the room was uncomfortable, and it hurts to pay so much for that. The air conditioning was terrible. I changed rooms twice in one night and it made no difference. The receptionist kept smiling and promising they’d fix it, but nothing happened. I paid 100k, yet was expected to use a standing fan. It’s really sad. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

On 14th FEBRUARY 2025, I came with my family to GRAND HYATT, @5014 commercial area new owerri imo state. We spent the whole night without AC. It was the biggest disappointment, and I regret it.
