Ice Grand Hotel & Suites

Please fix the glass door at the back, it gets stuck. The front door of the room with a balcony on the 1st floor has a gap big enough for anything to get in. I need that room next month.

No WiFi, and the customer service was the worst I’ve had in a long time. There were two executive rooms available, one smelled strongly of smoke and the other of insecticide. Nobody was there to help with my bags, and the waiter was annoying and insolent.

The rooms were covered in wall geckos, even though the outside looked nice. Inside, the toilets were leaking and messy, and there were no toiletries or towels. When I went downstairs to complain, the receptionist just walked out on me. The cleaner and the customer service staff were rude too. I should have checked the reviews before coming. This was the worst hotel I've visited in a long time.

The parking area could use more space, but getting to Ice Grand Hotel is easy and there's a nice pool. My room had full air conditioning, a large bed, and a good, clean bathtub. The CCTV cameras work, and the place feels serene and luxurious.
