The room was large and basic, but clean, and I slept well. It had no TV, which was fine by me, and the air conditioning was included in the $28 price. There’s a little patio with furniture and fruit trees just outside the room, and the staff were very nice. The place felt bright and welcoming, with a check-in station and a small restaurant off to the side. It’s about 1 mile from the heart of the city. We had a simple dinner there that tasted good, though I thought it was expensive for what we got. A clean, well-located place for a good night’s sleep.

The room had no privacy and smelled musty, and they woke us at 8:30 to check out before 10:00 without explaining the rules when we booked. The menu showed one price, but they charged more. Service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was filthy, with dirty sheets and curtains, an overflowing bathroom trash can, and dirty paper on the floor. We paid $60 for a room for two. At 9:00 AM the next day, the owner came to our door aggressively and told us to leave by 10:00. He was intimidating and only friendly when we paid. The cafeteria wasn't open in the morning. There were no other guests and no staff around, just the owner. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Honestly, don't go. I can't understand how this "hotel" has any good reviews.

They confirmed my reservation, then at 7:00 PM, while I was already on my way to Juigalpa, messaged me saying the system had canceled it and they had no availability. Their excuse was completely useless. Making a reservation only to have them cancel it while I was traveling was irresponsible.
