The rooms were good, and the location works well if you have a scooter or vehicle. We stayed for a week, and the staff were so nice and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure guests had a good stay. One evening a staff member called a nearby restaurant and arranged to have food brought to our room. The pool was a little green, but we still swam, and the dogs were adorable and friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The pool and the surroundings are gorgeous, and the upscale room and bedding were just perfect. AAlexa welcomed us so warmly, with open arms. Everything about our stay was fabulous. Thanks to everyone for making it so special. See you soon.

I’ve returned many times and keep recommending this place. The staff are helpful and resourceful, and they helped plan my days, including a hike to the San Ramon waterfall and a kayaking trip on the lake to see the island’s plants and wildlife. The breakfast is absolutely delicious too. If you want to enjoy the island in comfort, I suggest booking here. I’ll keep coming back on future visits.

I came with my son, and Chapo the dog kept us company for the day. We only stopped by to use the pool, and it was a cool place for a swim. The receptionist was charming. There are sometimes monkeys around, but we didn’t get to see any.
