We had a lovely stay with my family and have no real complaints. The house and space, the pool, and the staff were all great, and the service made us happy. Everyone, including the Airbnb owner, was really helpful with our requests. It's a bit far from the main beaches, so book if you have your own car. The reception can also arrange a taxi for the day, which worked well for us.

The villas have plenty of room and feel comfortable. The drive up through the hill is the one drawback, though having AC in the living room is a real plus.

The villa and pool both had a lovely view, and the restaurant servers were warm and gracious. That’s where my praise ends. With so many beach options, I’m not sure why you’d stay here: it’s far from town, so you’ll need a car or keep paying for taxis. There weren’t any paper towels in the kitchen, and once the office closed around 5pm, there was no ice or way to get anything. It felt more like an Airbnb than a full-service hotel.

The community pool is nice, the view is beautiful, and the villa cleaners are great. I stayed in a villa for a few months, though, and it got extremely hot, so AC was necessary. Electricity is expensive. One month I was away for three weeks and somehow paid more than in a month when I was there almost every day. Weird, but apparently common in Nicaragua.
