I’ve already booked two more classes this school year, which probably says it all. I stayed at this lovely villa while studying in Zutphen and felt at home straight away thanks to the welcoming hosts. The peaceful location is easy to reach, and the house has loads of charm and comfort. Everything felt carefully looked after, and breakfast was generous, fresh and made with care. A lovely choice if you value warm hospitality and quality.

We had a great base for visiting Zutphen, Deventer and Apeldoorn. Among other outings, we went to the Dickens Festival in Deventer, 't Loo Palace and Zutphen's Winter Festival. At Villa Rozenhof, we were greeted with real warmth, and the villa looked lovely dressed up for Christmas. Breakfast was generous, luxurious and well prepared.

Sunday breakfast came with Bubbles, a lovely touch 👌. We were warmly welcomed into a beautiful villa set in fantastic surroundings, and our room was super clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the whole stay made for a really relaxing start to the day.

The wooded setting and lovely country house made for a great weekend at Villa Rozenhof. Our room was clean and tastefully done, and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We'll definitely be back next year. Highly recommended!
