The apartment was comfortable and a good size, in a nice part of Amsterdam. There’s a shared kitchen and bathroom in a communal area in the building next door, so having to go to another building to shower is a bit of a hassle. The price reflects that. We had a good stay and would return.
Everything we needed was there, and there was enough room for four of us for one night. We stayed in one of the apartments and had a great time. It’s very central, with canal boat tours, museums and other things practically at the doorstep. Absolutely recommended!
The location was the one plus. Our fourth-floor room didn’t look like the pictures and had a terrible smell, so we had to sleep with the window open in winter. The cover wasn’t enough for two people, and there wasn’t a spare blanket. We also weren’t allowed to open the balcony doors or talk with the windows open after 10.
I was in a room away from the street, but there’s major construction happening right now and it’s REALLY loud. Don’t expect to sleep past 7 a.m.!...
The apartments are well located in De Pijp, close to the Rijksmuseum. They have all the facilities you need to feel at home in Amsterdam.
