It’s a cozy apartment with an authentic feel, on a quiet street in a very central spot. The host was friendly and helpful, and there’s a supermarket nearby. For a short Amsterdam stay, it worked well. It has a hairdryer, capsule coffee machine, kettle and basic kitchen supplies. The downside is the limited space, and the cleaning was slow; some surfaces had a thick layer of dust.

I wouldn’t recommend them. They never answered my emails. During the Amsterdam lockdown, I had to try to cancel and asked if we could work something out so I wouldn’t lose all my money. I got no reply at all. The lockdown was a national decision, not something I chose, and I was only asking for a little understanding and communication. Instead, there was silence and what felt like total disregard. I lost all the money. I hope they face consequences someday.

The host was really friendly and nice. The street is very quiet, and the location is unbeatable, close to all the tourist sights.
