Since 1634 is a real hidden gem if you're after something different from the usual. The old place is so unique, and Peter was lovely. He even brought breakfast up to our room in the morning, such a personal touch. The bed is huge and really comfortable, and the location is ideal. If you don't know the area, I'd suggest taking a taxi or the tram. I stayed there with my fiance for my birthday on Tuesday 20 March, and we'll definitely return when we visit the Dam again.
