Camp-Inn Hotel

I booked a room, but it cost far too much for what I got. The room was extremely small, uncomfortable, dirty, and had no windows. It felt like being in prison. The AC barely worked and didn’t refresh the air. The WC wasn’t properly clean for a new guest, and I didn’t feel comfortable using it or the shower, which I didn’t use. The photos don’t match the reality. I arrived alone, and there were always several men outside the entrance smoking and staring at me strangely. As a woman, having to pass them each time was really uncomfortable. There was nobody at reception, so I had to check in at another branch. I didn’t even sleep there that night. I left after a few hours and lost my money. A very, very bad experience. This hotel should be banned from continuing this scam business!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty, the bathroom smelled awful, and there was no glass shower enclosure, even though the shower was right beside the WC. The air was bad, and the AC blew the bathroom smell into the bedroom. We complained several times and waited for hours, but they still didn’t give us another room. An employee said they’d fixed the problem and didn’t seem to care. They’d only sprayed chemicals into the shower drain, which made the smell even worse. We got no money back and had to book another hotel at the last minute. Breakfast was okay, although I found a hair in my food. Do yourself a favour and don’t book this hotel!

The night was full of strange noises, and the room was a huge letdown compared with the online description and photos. It was dirty, as was the bathroom, with stains all over and a horrible smell. The air felt stuffy because the windows wouldn't open. Service was very poor, and both the staff and the hotel gave us a strange feeling. I wouldn't book here. Save your money.

The staff at reception were warm and helpful, and getting around was easy with buses and trams close by. I also appreciated having parking available. Breakfast had a good range and tasted very good, while the WiFi stayed fast and dependable. Room service was good too. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Camp Inn Hotel.
