The room was just the right size for a solo traveler or a couple who don’t mind being in a smaller space. Breakfast was great, especially the coconut yogurt with chia seeds. The decor caught my eye as soon as I came in. It’s bright, funny, and really fun to look at. Staff were polite, helpful, and great. Being close to the metro was convenient too. I loved the hotel and its vibe, and would definitely stay again.

The one thing that bothered me was that the bed only had a charging port on one side. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was great, and the location was good. A higher floor might be a better choice if you want a quiet stay. CitizenM is consistently predictable, and it was another great stay at the property.

Victoria’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care stood out right away. She brought great energy and went above and beyond to help with every question and request. She made my wonderful stay at CitizenM memorable, and I want to thank her and the whole team for such a positive experience. I’ll definitely come back and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

I usually skip hotel breakfast because it tends to be underwhelming, but I’m so glad I paid extra for it here. It was truly impressive. I really enjoyed my stay. The place was cool, clean, and friendly, and the customer service was top-notch.

We loved staying here. The breakfast was very good, and the lobby was lovely. Rooms are clean and small, but super functional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
