The house is beautiful, and the rooms and bathrooms are furnished to a high standard. The location by Vondelpark is excellent. My only real issue was how tiny the rooms are, just 8-9 square metres. There’s barely room to walk around the bed, and almost nowhere for a suitcase. Check the room size carefully when booking.

The location near Vondelpark made it easy to relax and explore, and the rooms each had their own take on contemporary Dutch design, with practical details throughout. Complimentary Wi-Fi, modern workspaces and a cozy lobby lounge all added to the stay. From arrival, the comfort and luxury made it memorable. The service was what really set the hotel apart. I felt exceptionally well cared for, almost as if I were in a mythical 7-star haven where every need was anticipated. Manager Ana Maria Rizea was professional, genuinely warm and attentive to detail. Her hospitality made the visit feel personal and magical, turning it into an unforgettable highlight. Dutch Design Hotel Vondelpark is a benchmark for excellence. I can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to going back. If you want sophistication, comfort and heartfelt service in Amsterdam, this is the place.

We had a really comfortable room and were warmly greeted by the hotel manager. Hot drinks and water were available, and we enjoyed our stay enough to want to return. The location is a good fit if you’d rather be outside Central. It’s 20 to 30 minutes from Amsterdam Central and Schipol Airport.

The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Staying beside Vondelpark was peaceful and beautiful, and the nearby tram stop made it easy to get around. It’s a great choice if you want to be near Amsterdam central without the noise.

Bad weather left us here for three days, and the hotel made the stay relaxing. Ana, the manageress, was great and really helpful. We also found we weren’t far from the centre, while being right beside the Volderpark park. Definitely recommend this place.
