The staff and service were excellent, and breakfast was nice. The location worked well too: you can walk about 1 to 1.5 km to catch a bus to Central Station, or take a bus from a stop roughly 600 m away. The room was very cramped, though manageable. It was cold, and the heater was in the toilet, so we had to leave that door open all night while sleeping. Even then, the room stayed cold.

The views are great, and it’s a nice place! I’m so brave, provoking someone over the phone and trying to act like a man in front of a girl, supposedly to protect girls. Then I keep baiting you, telling you to come show how I handled you. When you finally arrive, I hide in a shed and leave a girl alone with you!

The warm, welcoming atmosphere and peaceful but convenient location made for a lovely stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Everything was close by, yet the hotel itself was quiet and relaxing. I had a great experience at Hotel Felicita, and I’d happily return. I recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free stay.

The free breakfast was a nice bonus, with basic options for a simple morning meal and no extra charge. The boat didn’t rock much, so sleeping through the night was fine, and the stay was generally smooth and satisfying for a first boat experience. I found it on booking.com because it was cheaper than many private rooms in the city, and I was glad to find a nice location within my budget. From Amsterdam city center, it was reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes. The boat was small and looked a little old, but it worked well enough. Our cabin was extremely tiny, barely enough room to sleep, and the shower was a bit cold. Still, it was a unique experience and things were okay overall.
