The pickup we arranged through the hotel at the airport was a bit confusing. We eventually met our driver, but it would've helped to have instructions explaining where and how to meet. It didn't put a damper on our stay at De Ware Jacob, though. The room was warm and comfortable. The shower controls were simple to use, and the body products were lovely. Breakfast had an amazing range and great quality, enough to set us up for a day enjoying whatever we could fit into our time in Amsterdam. The staff were warm, welcoming, communicative, and went out of their way to make the stay memorable. The hotel is also conveniently placed for museums, good restaurants, and shopping. The street is quiet, and it felt safe to walk around at any hour.

We loved the cozy Bar Room, and the honor bar was great. It's an easy walk to everywhere, and this is a lovely boutique hotel in a good location. Our Deluxe room was lovely, though I wish they'd had robes. They can wash and fold clothes for €30, which was worth it to me. Thanks to Inga and team. We'll stay again!

It's a small hotel with compact rooms, but very comfortable and well located near the museum quarter and Christmas Market. Service was very good. Our room was clean and had a little fridge, with complimentary drinks, tea, coffee, and water. We liked the reception staff. Sasha was professional, friendly, and nice.

We'd happily come back. The staff were so friendly and made an extra effort to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is peaceful, on a quiet and quaint street, with a comfortable bed and a coffee bar in the room that we used a lot. Museums and public transport are conveniently close, too.

The complimentary minibar was a nice touch, and coffee and tea were replenished every morning. Our room was tidied daily, and the friendly staff were great. We stayed in a quiet, cozy room with a comfortable bed at this small hotel in a quiet spot near the museums. We didn't have time to try the bar downstairs, but we'd happily stay again on a future trip to Amsterdam.
