The location was wonderful, and we had a very comfortable stay. It's about 20 minutes by taxi from Central Station, but check the fare first because taxi prices in Amsterdam vary a lot.

The owners were super friendly and live nearby. Arjan even drove us to the supermarket in his own car so we could pick up a few things, then checked in to see if we needed anything else. The houseboat is right on the canal beside a big park, clean and well maintained, with decent amenities. We had an exceptional stay and will definitely come back next time we're in Amsterdam.

The managers were very friendly, and the place is comfortable and spacious, making it a great choice for groups. The one drawback is that the subway is at least a 20 minute walk away, so it's not very central. The route goes through a pleasant park full of dogs, though, so the walk isn't too bad if you don't mind walking.

The houseboat is modernly furnished and very clean. The location is beautiful, and you can jump straight into the water or head out for a boat ride.
