Covid-19 meant the trip was cancelled, and although I’d paid in full, the property offered me credit for a future stay. Since then, they’ve gone quiet and are even ignoring messages from booking.com. We’re all in a difficult spot with Coronavirus and struggling financially. I’d appreciate any reply, even just an acknowledgment that the credit is no longer being offered, so I know where things stand.

The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, and the apartment was fantastic. It’s right beside a tram stop, which is a great location. You can also arrange luggage storage ahead of time. I’d highly recommend it.

Two hours after I checked in, someone used keys to get into my room and stole my luggage, money, passport, everything. The hotel didn’t cover any of my losses. I spent the whole weekend at the police station and consulate. Worst experience ever.

I’d recommend it.

They’ve been taking money straight from bank accounts during the COVID pandemic and ignoring refund requests sent through travel websites. I’ve been waiting six months for my money back. A bunch of crooks!
