Mps Holland

It’s a good base for exploring the city if you’re traveling light, and really just need somewhere to sleep. The location is very good. Our night, though, was a major problem: noisy people woke us twice. Guests need to follow the boat’s quiet-hour rules and respect the set times. Note the boat’s mobile number and call if people are making noise during quiet hours.

Hello, I’m making a formal complaint about a serious incident during breakfast at MPS Holland. In front of many guests, a Latin male employee verbally abused, insulted, and humiliated me. I tried to leave while in shock, but he continued shouting a highly offensive curse from behind me, including an insult about my mother. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional verbal harassment. I have never been treated in such a degrading and humiliating way. I expect this to be taken seriously and investigated immediately, with appropriate action taken regarding the staff member involved. Thank you for your attention.

The room was dirty and smelly, and the blankets smelled like urine. I got ringworm. We spent the first night sleeping on deck, then had to pay for another hotel for the three of us for the rest of the holiday. The air conditioning also wasn’t working while it was 36c outside. The worst holiday stay I’ve ever had. Stay away.

Breakfast is included, with a good range of options, and there’s a pleasant spot to relax in the communal area. The boat itself is nice, the location is good and quiet, and the simple accommodation did the job for sleeping. I think we may have been in the smallest cabin, room 9. There wasn’t much room to change or get past each other, but it worked. Sadly, some residents ignored the quiet hours, though that didn’t spoil an otherwise nice stay.
