The room's radiator barely warmed it, and when I told reception, they offered an extra blanket instead of a technical fix. Meanwhile, I kept getting reminders about fees: they said early arrival would cost €10, then messaged again even after I said I'd arrive on time. Once I was in the room, another message warned that a late checkout would cost €10. Being so focused on charges while the room lacked basic comfort was extremely disturbing. A business should make guests comfortable first, and this gave me the impression that money was the only priority. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. Sincerely, Barış Kapar

The location was perfect and the room was very clean for the two of us. The staff were great about holding our bags before check-in and after checkout until it was time to head to the airport. The cat is adorable too. There are a lot of shops around the corner for drinks, since the vending machine wasn't working. The stairs are very, very steep, though there is a lift and it was working. I chose the stairs anyway. I stayed from 18-11-2025 to 20-11-2025. If you're mainly looking for somewhere to sleep while spending your days out in the city, I'd recommend this hotel. Don't let other people's reviews put you off, just go and stay.

The staff were super friendly, my room was clean, and I really enjoyed the quiet sitting area and the board games they provided. At this price and location, I couldn't ask for more. I don't know why some reviews are so harsh.

With a family illness, we asked whether we could cancel or change the booking dates. I emailed my questions but got no reply. When I phoned, they told me to email, and when I explained I'd already done that, they said the booking was non-refundable and it wasn't their problem. I suggested they might find someone else for the room since it was a Saturday and there'd be demand, but they weren't interested and showed no compassion. Really inconsiderate. Avoid.
