The views were incredible, and the place was very warm. The bathroom on the first floor is reached by insanely steep stairs, so this really isn’t suitable if you have mobility issues. The bathroom and kitchen area were nice, and staying here felt like a unique experience. But the service was poor, and the “free” luggage drop-off was confusing. My drop-off code didn’t work, so I asked customer service for help at 11:56 a.m. They didn’t reply until 1:47 a.m., almost 14 hours later. They advertise bag drop-off as free, but actually give you a 10% discount with bounce. Leaving two bags in a kebab shop kitchen can cost over €11, if you’re lucky. I wouldn’t have minded as much if they hadn’t told me it was free, like at a proper hotel. You need to be half goat to manage those stairs, though that’s only a problem if you have mobility issues. EDIT: Numa credited me for the bag drop-off charges, so I’m adding another star.

There was no air conditioning and everything was faulty. The top door wouldn’t open, so I had to wrench it open. Then they showed up unannounced at 9:30 a.m. without telling us they were coming. Luckily, we were dressed and ready to leave. Stay away from this place.

At around 400 euros a night, this place is overrated. Those insanely tiny stairs are a big risk to climb. I wouldn’t recommend it.
