Manuela has helped me, and separately several of my friends, find some beautiful homes. She knows the market inside out and understands all the details involved in buying or renting property. She’s an amazing professional, and I’d recommend her without hesitation.

We rented an apartment through Prestige Housing, and having Manuela as the property manager was a nightmare for me and my family. When we moved in, we found several broken things that needed repairs. Some took more than six months to get fixed, even though we were paying quite a lot each month. Manuela wouldn’t let me contact the property owner directly about some of the issues. Fortunately, he was reasonable and willing to work with us. I found Manuela’s communication unpleasant and unreasonable, and I don’t think she took responsibility for her negligence during our rental. I wouldn’t recommend working with her as a tenant or property owner. Things got worse after we left: Manuela texted to demand that I remove this one-star review, saying it wasn’t correct, and threatened legal action if I didn’t. In my opinion, that says a lot about her.

Manuela Uijtdewilligen has managed the rental of two apartments for my brother and me since 2019. We’re completely satisfied with her work and hope to keep using her services for years to come. We feel confident about our future rental needs thanks to Manuela.

We’ve worked with Prestige Housing for years and are completely happy with the service. They handle everything for us as both rental and sales agents, and find a match quickly. Very satisfied!
