Realeneiland Bed & Breakfast

Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and local transport was convenient. The apartment was spacious, with good kitchen facilities, a comfortable bed, a good rain shower, and an excellent breakfast. We did hear some noise from the timber floor, and the stairs down to the basement are about 10 steps. A microwave would have made the place even better. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Amsterdam.

The bed and bedding were fantastic, and we loved the shower. Laura & Arjan were wonderful hosts from the moment my husband and I arrived. Since it was our first time in Amsterdam, they sat with us over a delicious Latte and a map, pointing out easy walking routes around the city. The location is ideal. We loved Amsterdam and will be back. Thank you, Laura & Arjan, for your genuine hospitality. Till next time...

Laura's family made us feel so welcome, and her support had a real impact on our stay. She encouraged us to explore on foot, not just take boat tours. We went looking for a post office and ended up wandering around a big open market for two hours. If they ever visit us, we'll welcome them as family. Thank you to our new friend and sister. The location is wonderful, with several small bars and cafes nearby, and museums and central Amsterdam just a short taxi or Uber ride away. The daily breakfast was excellent, with fresh baked goods, butter, jams, fruit, and fresh squeezed juice. Laura also has a great contact for easy pickups and drop-offs at Amsterdam Schiphol International Airport. He was on time when we arrived and kept in touch despite a small luggage delay.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, fresh, and really tasty. We also took the boat tour, which I highly recommend. With Arjan & Laura as local guides, you get to experience Amsterdam in a beautiful way. The welcome, hospitality, fantastic location, cozy feel, and complete interior all made the stay amazing. Even the nice smells and wonderful bed stood out. We'll definitely be back!
