Breakfast was included, with croissants, fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs, juice, coffee and more. We had a wonderful stay at this small, family-run boutique hotel, and the canal-side neighborhood was peaceful, about a 10-15 minute walk from Dam Square. Our room, #3 - Keizersgracht, was much bigger than it appeared in the photos. It was clean and comfortable, with a king bed or two twins, a desk and chair, and a loveseat. The bed was very comfortable, and the two big windows opened for sunlight and fresh air. The modern bathroom had a walk-in shower and a nice selection of basic toiletries. The welcome was warm, and the staff helped carry our bags up and down the steep, narrow stairs. Our standard room was on the “first floor,” actually up 1-1/2 flights. There’s no lift, so that could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. The reception is inside the cafe beneath the rooms, where they serve delicious food and drinks. There are only eight rooms, so book early. I’d highly recommend ’T Hotel, as long as those stairs won’t be a problem for anyone in your party.

Martin and Viktoria made our stay feel special. They helped me arrange birthday surprises for my husband and did everything they could to make the visit go perfectly. We stayed several days to celebrate his birthday, and it was a dream trip. The rooms and location were just right, and we loved the breakfast, coffee and desserts they make. We’re already looking forward to coming back to Amsterdam one day.

The breakfast was a real pleasure: it was a buffet, but brought to the table, which gave it a slightly more special feel. Most attractions and the central station are within walking distance, thanks to the central location. We were a couple and thought both the hotel and its staff were fantastic. Our room had a cozy theme, and it was very clean. I’d happily come back and recommend staying here.

The stairs are steep, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and a generous breakfast came with the room. It’s a sweet little hotel, very well placed for exploring Amsterdam’s canal areas. I’d stay again.
