The Leidse Square Stay

Everything we needed was nearby, and the host and communication were amazing. The apartment was cosy, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It exceeded our expectations, and I'd stay here on every future visit. Such a great find.

Agnes made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived, with useful tips and everything we needed. Her Airbnb in Amsterdam was a perfect place to come back to after exploring: spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a wonderful bed and thoughtful details. The location made getting around easy too. We can't recommend Agnes's place highly enough and would love to return on our next Amsterdam visit. Thanks, Agnes, for being such a wonderful host.

Agni went out of her way to make sure we had everything and was very helpful. We had plenty of space for four adults, with amazing rooms and beds that were dark and comfortable. The shower was good, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the area, with lots to see and do nearby and a tram close by. We don't mind walking either. We stayed eight nights and used the apartment as a base to explore other cities in Amsterdam.

Kathy & Agnes were wonderful before we even arrived, answering all our questions, finding a local babysitter and arranging a taxi back to the airport. The Leidse Square Apartment was thoughtfully laid out and stocked with everything our family needed for a wonderful week in Amsterdam. We walked everywhere. There were lovely bath products, and we liked them enough to find the Marie Stella Maris store and buy some to take home. The kitchen had welcome chocolates and drinks, and there were games, guide books, plenty of towels, four robes, and a safe and TV in every bedroom. Even some outlets had USB plugs. Though the neighbourhood was busy, the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. There's no stove, but we made simple meals and didn't miss one. The stairs between the ground floor and basement are steep, but our children, aged five and up, managed them easily. Highly recommended, and we hope to return.
