The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of a charming neighborhood that’s great for enjoying the city. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, with a warm, welcoming feel. I rarely write reviews, but this place really deserves one. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

I don’t recommend this place. We booked weeks ahead and had to pay in full before arrival, but the night before we were due to check in, they emailed to say the room was overbooked. We were already in Amsterdam and suddenly had nowhere to stay. It’s hard to understand how this can happen when they take all the money in advance. Other reviews make it seem like last-minute cancellations are a common pattern here. Save yourself the stress and book one of Amsterdam’s many other lovely places.

We booked several months ahead, with check-in set for 14:00. When we got there at 14:15, they said our room was already occupied. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We couldn’t make the trip because of COVID and politely asked to change the dates, not cancel. They said no, in a very unfriendly way. The staff communication was appalling, and the people were inflexible. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Clean rooms and a fair price.
