WestCord City Centre Hotel Amsterdam

WestCord City Center Amsterdam made exploring easy. Central Station, Dam Square, and the main attractions were all within walking distance. Staff were welcoming and helpful, with good tips on restaurants, sights, and getting around. Check-in was smooth, and the service was excellent throughout. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. We were very happy with the comfort, service, and location, and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

The best part was the location, less than a five-minute walk from the heart of central Amsterdam. The hotel is decent and exactly what you’d expect from a three-star place, with nothing glamorous about it. The room was okay, and breakfast was decent too. We were a couple but got two single beds that kept sliding apart. The toilet kept jamming, so I had to fiddle with it to stop the flush from running, and the bathroom sink kept clogging. If you’re looking for an amazing hotel room, this isn’t the place.

The room was basic but had what we needed, and it was clean with a comfy bed. Everything was very close, so it made for a perfect stay overall. The staff seemed pretty unenthusiastic and were very blunt. There was also a lot of roadwork on the street behind the hotel, where our room faced, and it was very loud in the mornings. That was outside the hotel’s control, but a heads-up would’ve been nice. Luckily, we were up early most mornings anyway.

A handy place to stay overnight while enjoying the city, with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the free coffee was a great bonus. Chile friendly too. Don’t miss the buffet.
