We booked the New Years package with our dog to get away from the fireworks, and didn’t hear them at all! The service was excellent, especially toward the dog, and the food was excellent too. Getting to enjoy the pool and sauna was such a treat. Five stars all the way, and we’ll definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay, and the service was excellent. Thirza deserves a special mention for being kind, professional, and so welcoming. She made sure everything was right throughout my visit. Thanks for a great experience, highly recommended!

Getting to Utrecht and Amsterdam is easy, and the hotel is just a five-minute walk away. As for the facilities, you may find the pool or gym unavailable because kids’ classes are taking place, and the same goes for other things. There’s not much service unless you happen to get lucky and find that things haven’t been reserved. One bed was uncomfortable; the other was firmer and alright.

10/10
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was among the best I’ve ever had. There’s a spa and a good restaurant too. I first picked this hotel because I couldn’t find accommodation in Utrecht, and apparently I got lucky. It’s very well connected, with the railway station a five-minute walk away, the motorway nearby, and free parking. The price is quite reasonable, with better value than many hotels downtown, so consider it if you need to stay in Utrecht.

Very nice, like the few Van der Val hotels I’ve tried. High quality, friendly staff, and often equipped with Tesla superchargers.
