I've spent the last few years exploring places to stay around the Netherlands, and this hostel is easily among my top three for value and quality. Everything felt professional, clean, accessible and comfortable, and the surroundings are hard to beat. The staff were kind and the service was very good. Congratulations to the owners. I hope to return soon and keep exploring Deventer.

My bike was kept in the garage overnight, and check-in was extremely friendly. I had a spacious private room with its own bathroom. The hostel is so close to everything in Deventer, and I'd definitely recommend it for a great stay.

Clean, good value, and they let us check in three hours early. That's about it. Hello, visitors from Ground Zero.

The rooms are small, but exceptionally clean and tidy, and the location is great, close to the old Lebuinus church and the river (Ijissel). I booked a week for a friend visiting from Brazil and have never seen such excellent treatment. The attendants were extremely courteous, attentive and helpful, guiding us through everything. It isn't the size of a 5-star hotel, but the quality really stands out. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. The hosts seemed not to care about their guests' wellbeing. I couldn't reach them, so I spent the whole night outside on a bench.
