Hotel Buenos

Breakfast was awful: the rolls were clearly a day old, the egg cups were dirty, and there was a half-empty jam pot left in the condiment bowl from earlier guests. The whole place felt dirty and worn, and the room had colored LED lights around the railing that made it look like somewhere adult movies are filmed. Calling this a hotel feels like a stretch. It seemed more like rooms above a steakhouse, nothing like the relaxing retreat they advertised. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

I left my passport in the room, and after dealing with the hotel, it was lost. When I asked the host for help, they refused to do anything, not even a little, and said it was all my fault. The stay itself was bad, and the so-called service was awful and ridiculous. I strongly suggest you never set foot in this hotel.

The Steakhouse is worth a visit for its good steaks, and the restaurant staff were friendly. We could hear people talking in the house from the rooms above, which might disturb light sleepers, though the noise level was otherwise acceptable. The room itself was very spacious and had a good range of equipment, but a closer look showed flaws: the built-in window blind was broken, one lamp had no bulb, and there was no hairdryer or larger waste bin. It wasn't really clean when we arrived. It wasn't filthy, but the cleaning clearly hadn't been done properly, which you'd expect to be better, especially during Covid times. The staff who greeted us weren't very welcoming, though everyone can have a bad day. The hotel is actually a Steakhouse that rents a few rooms above the restaurant. The surroundings could use an upgrade and a better cleanup.

Bad.
