We spent two weeks at Rooftop 31 while attending a family wedding in the north of the Netherlands, and the location worked perfectly. After hauling our suitcases up the three flights of stairs, hihi, we really enjoyed the beautiful apartment. Thanks for the good service. We’ll be back in the future.
The quiet neighbourhood is easy to get to the city centre from. The apartment is so modern, with an awesome balcony and rooftop terrace overlooking the whole city. I’d recommend it 100%.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, with beautiful furnishings, a balcony, and a fantastic roof terrace. Communication with Diet was seamless. We got lots of tips and always heard back quickly. We’d love to come back.
Everything was arranged perfectly, from checking in to checking out. The apartment has every comfort and luxury, especially the bathroom, and the rooftop terrace offers a magnificent view of the water tower. It’s on a beautiful street near the city centre, and the terrace feels completely private since it’s the only rooftop terrace in the whole neighbourhood.
