Everything was clean and tidy, and the enthusiastic, friendly host gave us plenty of space. A lovely, homely place in the village of Hierden, with chickens and a church bell nearby.

We were welcomed so warmly, and could borrow two bikes to explore the area. Huisje Sasa is a charming little house, comfortable, very clean, and decorated with care.

The welcome was warm, and the spacious room had a big bed and everything needed for cooking. There’s a small shop just 200 meters away.

We had a comfortable overnight stay after a long, relaxing day at Zwaluwhoeve. My girlfriend and I wanted to head to Hardewijk for food and a drink, and the owners kindly lent us two bikes. We were in the city center in 15 minutes. The cottage has everything you need, including a comfortable bed and games, and the owners are lovely. The chatterbox was fun too. Great value for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it.
