We really loved this unusual place to stay. Sitting out on the crane’s chill out platform on a summer evening was fantastic, and the lunar eclipse made it even better. The breakfast from a local bakery was really tasty.

Getting around Harlingen was easy from here. The place is small but comfortable, with lovely design, basic kitchen gear, a double bed, and a sun deck. You can also control the crane’s movement.

Even with a storm going on, it was a special place to stay in a great location.

I was curious about the building and would have liked a little more information about it.
