The Duwo apartments were handed over in awful shape. Air was leaking in all over, the building seemed very poorly constructed, and there were missing locks and gaps in the walls. When I complained, nobody responded. I wish I'd never moved here. Duwo's housing costs less than what's on the open market, but you end up paying for it in other unexpected ways. Avoid renting from them.
The area is disgusting, with heaps of garbage that have been sitting around for weeks. What you're advertising doesn't reflect reality at all. Current tenants are raising complaints that the place is now a health hazard, but you're ignoring them. Emails go unanswered, and nobody is taking responsibility. Absolutely nasty.
