OZO Hotels Antares Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

I booked a room for 26.04 and was flying in from Paris. When I got to the bus station, I found out the last bus had left about three minutes earlier. Other bus drivers at the station confirmed it. I never used the hotel, and my next flight to Vienna was at 7 in the morning. Never again!

Watch out. Many rooms have no windows or natural light. I booked a double room for one person for today, and the photos and description showed a large room with a double bed and two chairs. Instead, I got a tiny, dark room without a window, right beside the elevator shaft. It was extremely noisy all night, and there was only a tiny single bed. Absolutely disgusting. The woman at the front desk was completely unreasonable and said nothing could be done, even though the hotel was almost empty. My complaint and refund request are in progress because I wasn't given the room I paid for.

The room was nice, and the mattress was comfortable. The lobby was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that there were no washcloths for the shower.

I had an early flight and asked to move to another floor, but they wouldn’t help even though rooms were available. Some rooms open right onto the entrance hall, where large groups gather until midnight, and you can hear them easily. The rooms also have poor sound insulation, with a gap of a few millimeters under the doors.
