I liked it so much that I stayed an extra night, and I’ll definitely visit again. The host was super friendly, and the privacy was excellent. The tiny TR oblique house has a modern design, with a cozy, comfortable bed, and the landscape around it is wonderfully natural and beautiful.
While I was moving, I had to stay somewhere else temporarily and got an unbelievable amount of help. What wonderful people.
The cottage has everything you need, including an oven and dishwasher. TV is available only through the NOS app. Outside, there’s lots of private space, a picnic table and a hammock, with a magnificent wide view. Sheep graze in the neighboring field, hares play there, and a Marsh Harrier flies right by. You can hear the N359 in the distance, but it didn’t bother me at all. So peaceful here. I’ll definitely return.
We found De Genieterij at the last minute when we needed somewhere with plenty of space around the cottage, and were so glad it was still available. It was quiet and spacious, with a lovely panoramic view across the meadows. There’s a comfortable hammock, several places to sit in sun or shade, and plenty of privacy. The nearby field looked as if it might be a camping spot, but nobody was there during our stay, so we could really enjoy the garden. The cottage has everything you need. Thanks, we’ll be back!
We spent a week and a half unwinding at this wonderful spot. The tiny house has everything in it, and the green surroundings are amazing, with open space around the cottage and beautiful meadows beyond. A real oasis that lives up to its name. Highly recommended!
