City Boutique Ster Logies Leeuwarden De Roos

The house felt like home, and the owner was really nice. Everything was clean, well kept, and decorated beautifully. Breakfast had fresh organic food, and we especially liked the fresh bread and homemade cream cheese. There was also yogurt, toppings, butter, and cakes. Just a note, the bathroom is shared, as only one room has its own bathroom.

Avoid this place, it feels like a scam. I booked and paid, and had confirmation six months ahead, but they cancelled my booking on the day I was due to arrive without giving a reason. Recent reviews show we're not the only ones this has happened to.

🚨This accommodation feels like a scam🚨 The access PIN they sent us didn't work. We called the owner using the number displayed outside the property, and a minute later a message came through Booking saying, "your booking was cancelled." When we tried to ask what had happened, we found they'd blocked us on Booking and on our phone numbers, so we couldn't call anymore. When we booked seven months ago, the reviews were good. Something seems to have changed since then.

The hosts were super nice and always ready to lend a hand. I think I was in studio 4. It was incredibly clean, tidy, and cozy, and the patio was amazing. There are five or six studios in all, so it can get busy with the other guests sometimes, but I enjoy having a little chat with a stranger. I slept amazingly well, and breakfast was good too. Perfect for a couple of nights.
