Boutique Suites Lisse - Keukenhof

Boutique Sites Lisse is right in the heart of the Netherlands, about a 10-minute walk from the famous Keukenhof gardens. The rooms have stylish decor, contemporary art, sleek furniture, and luxurious bedding, while the hotel combines modern amenities with Dutch charm in a warm, inviting setting. Staff are often praised for attentive, personal service, and the on-site dining gets high marks for its local ingredients and creative cooking. A good pick for a comfortable, stylish stay in a central location.

I couldn’t fall asleep because it was so noisy. There’s a bar, possibly a night club, across from the hotel, plus people talking in the street, and there’s no sound insulation at all. Earplugs were already on the bed when I arrived, so the owner clearly knows about the problem. On top of that, the heater is locked and the room can’t get above 18 dCel. This hotel comes close to being a complete scam.

The location is perfect, close to several shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes from Keukenhof Park. We rented e-bikes and a baby seat from the hotel, which let us ride among the tulip farms and make unforgettable memories. Our room on the second floor was very clean, warm, and cozy, with a lovely street view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious, though there’s no elevator.

The cafes and other businesses were noisy in the evenings. The room itself was spacious, with a nice bed, enough seats, and a good-sized fridge.
