The stairs to the top floor are steep, and I’m not young, so the young man at the front desk was a big help. He was polite and gracious and gave us outstanding service. He also arranged a taxi to the train station. We left a phone in it by mistake, but he managed to contact the driver and have it brought back to us. We’re very grateful.

Breakfast was excellent, and the desk team and the man serving it were both great. The location worked really well for our quick one-night stop, though reaching the room meant tackling those steep Dutch stairs. The bathroom looked new, but the bed was only okay. The room could have been cleaner, and the furniture felt ready for a refresh. My wife's uncle had booked us in, and I'd recommend the place if stairs aren't an issue.

We had a room looking onto the square, which was lovely, and the hotel's location is hard to beat. The staff were very friendly and helped me out when the hairdryer in our room turned out not to work, letting me use one from another room. Our room was small and got stuffy, and it could use fresh paint and a proper deep clean. The price was very decent for the spot, so I'd recommend it for a 2-3 night trip to Maastricht.

The central location was handy, and the staff were friendly. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a clean, modern bathroom. There's no restaurant in the hotel, though plenty are very close by. Also, be ready for lots of stairs since there's no lift. From the train station, it took about 20 minutes to walk there.

The view was really beautiful, and the service was great during our few days in the city center. I lost my keys while we were there, and they happily mailed them back with a cute card.
