10/10
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. It was a lovely place to relax with a hot or cold drink, and the complimentary drinks and muffins were a nice touch. You can even rent a goldfish for €5 to keep in your room. It’s a fun, unusual detail and made the stay feel cozier and more special. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

8/10
The room was clean, comfortable and great. Breakfast was pretty gross, though. The eggs and bacon were cold and slimy, so even though we’d already paid, we couldn’t be bothered going down for breakfast on the second day.

The location made it easy to walk to the interesting sights, and the station was close by. My room felt secure and was clean, with fun colour-changing lights in both the room and shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast had lots of variety. I especially liked the delicious Dutch gingerbread. I was really impressed with this funky hotel and would stay again if I return to Maastricht.

The bathrooms were modern and clean, though the showers were incredibly hard to turn on. I liked the warm, cozy feel of the hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s near the station and an easy walk from the centre.
