The staff were helpful and nice. The Wi-Fi was briefly unavailable in the hotel during my stay, though it still worked in the restaurant. One bedside light wasn’t working, and it would have been useful to have a power outlet at each nightstand. The outlet was at the nightstand with the broken light. I was on the third floor and could smell the restaurant up there. Maybe adding some doors between the restaurant and the upper floors would help.

The receptionist had a personal fan, while guests had no fans or air conditioning available when it got unusually hot. Even the lobby air conditioning was off. I’m sorry to say it felt like guests weren’t being treated with much respect, especially when requests seemed to get brushed aside. I don’t know whether anything will be done about it.

I stayed here for a whole month, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. The breakfast was very good too. My first room had Wi-Fi problems, but after I asked, they moved me to another room right away. That room was quite large.

The rooms are spacious and have nice views, though the furniture is a little dated. They’re all on the ground floor, and there’s no air conditioning or heating. Still, I had a pleasant stay.

I had a lovely time here, and I’ll definitely choose Tulip Inn again in the future. The service and breakfast were excellent, as was the hotel.
