The lemonade was too watery and not cold enough, and the sushi rice was hard and dry. I've eaten at plenty of good all-you-can-eat Asian restaurants with a similar setup and menu, but this one fell short. I also questioned the meat quality: the chicken tasted cheap, and the salmon sashimi didn't seem fresh. Definitely not worth the price.

The staff were nice, and the ingredients in the all-you-can-eat sushi were fresh. Ordering was the frustrating part: we had to wait 15 minutes, and could only order six items at a time.

The setting is beautiful, and the place has an interesting connection to Operation Market Garden. When we stayed in 2016, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and everything we ate in the restaurant was fabulous. I'd love to come back. And about that lukewarm sushi: it's fresh when it's not cold, people. Cold sushi is old sushi, so you're not as cultured as you think.

The staff walking around the dining room were friendly, which earns the two stars. The sushi itself was a different story. My wife felt really nauseous afterward, and I was done after two rounds of four dishes. Some pieces tasted like burnt rice, and none of it came close to proper sushi. We finished in about 30 minutes. I'd never eat here again, even for free. If you've had real sushi, you'll be disappointed. Maybe if you haven't, you'd find it okay.
